The daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, a physician and Thelma Burnell Henson Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on the 26th of February 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. When she was a teenager, she excelled at playing the piano. When she was only 13 years old she was crowned the winner of an international competition at Chicago Music Festival. The family moved to Fort Collins in Colorado, and she completed her high school education at Fort Collins High School in 1960. In order to improve the chances of her profession her move into Los Angeles. Her first career was in modeling as she got accepted by the prestigious modeling agency, Powers agency. When she first started modeling, her acting passion was more intense and Hollywood producers wanted to work with her. Her debut came in The Man of U.N.C.L.E. which was a TV series. Michele who happened to be one of the most famous American entertainers started her career as a model and worked with the Powers agency. She then ventured into acting, in 1964, in the show The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Her performance on El Dorado 1966 as the protagonist, Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought greater attention for her. The roles she played in the 60s and 70s helped make her a prominent actor.
